1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is in its original packaging and unused.
- The product is in the same condition as when received.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Upon receiving the returned product, our team will thoroughly inspect it for any signs of wear and tear or usage. The store credit will be processed within 1-3 business days after the inspection is complete.
4. Refund Information
- Refund Method: Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit.
- Refund Period: Please allow 1-3 business days for the store credit to be processed and applied to your account.
5. Exclusions
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
6. Store Credit Usage
Store credit can be used towards future purchases on the UltraPsy platform. It is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team immediately for assistance. We will guide you on the appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
8. Cancellation of Return
Once a return request is approved, cancellations are not permitted. If you wish to cancel a return, please contact Customer Support immediately.
9. Chargeback Policy
In the event of any dissatisfaction or issues, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Support team before filing a chargeback. Failure to attempt resolution before filing a chargeback may result in the chargeback being filed against you.
Chargeback Process:
- If a chargeback is filed without attempting resolution, we will provide evidence supporting the validity of the transaction.
- False chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.
